Since starting out in the industry in the late 1980s, Tim’s gained vast experience in all aspects of technology recruitment. His successful assignments cover key hires in 23 different countries and across the spectrum of technology businesses - both in size and product. A passionate advocate for open two-way dialogue with clients and candidates alike, Tim believes that sharing of facts and a deep understanding of the job description is what has made FFP Search successful. A structured and deliberate approach allows Tim to really understand his clients’ needs and purpose, allowing him to deliver a process that provides real choice, guaranteeing that the person hired is ‘Fit For Purpose’. Outside of work, Tim tends to spend time rushing around with his wife and three daughters and when an opportunity for fun arises, he grabs it.
Tori joined the business in 2008 and has successfully built, and now leads our multi-lingual project delivery teams by driving the process to ensure all relevant candidates are identified and engaged with. Her attention to detail is legendary, while her superb communication and interpersonal skills allow her to really engage with prospective candidates in a fast and efficient manner. Prior to joining FFP, Tori worked in the IT Search business for a number of years helping companies hire great people. When not at work, she has a busy life enjoying spending time with family and friends.
Having worked in the industry for nearly 30 years, Alistair has an accurate, direct and open approach that enables him to really engage with new clients. Everyone that’s worked with him knows that when he diarises a call it always happens. He’s based in France most of the time but spends the majority of his working life talking to people either on the phone or over video – something that’s become more the norm in the last couple of years. Away from work, he enjoys a lovely life in France with his wife and many pets.
Laura decided to go into headhunting after working in Management Consulting for many years. Prior to consulting in Organisation Design and Operating Model re-design, she had a successful global career in the automotive industry. She has a strong attention to detail and a highly professional approach to work. She is absolutely dedicated to helping people into companies that they really fit with – “it is not about making a placement; it’s about building companies and careers at the same time.”
Outside of work, Laura is never bored, always finding something to keep her active, whether inside or outside the home. Skiing is her preferred way to unwind when she is able to get away. She is also currently trying to add Welsh to her other 3 foreign languages, ahead of the weddings of two of her children to partners from Wales.
We may have been around a while, but we’re not resting on our laurels.
